SPRING SESSION

             March 30th - May 20th (8 week session)
             1- or 2-day option
             Monday/Wednesday
             4:30pm - 5:30pm

JUMP START your player’s basketball career with a focus on fundamentals made fun! This program is designed to introduce basketball fundamentals to your player in a safe, fun, positive environment.

JUMP START will consist of weekly 1hr sessions that will include…

                                                                          • 40 minutes of skill development (dribbling, passing, and shooting)
                                                                          • 10 minutes of games and contests, focusing on learned skills
                                                                          • 10 minutes of controlled scrimmages
