NO CONTACT TRAINING SESSIONS

SATURDAY SCRIMMAGE OPTION

     TWO SESSIONS 

  • Session 1: September 8th – October 1st
  • Session 2: October 6th – October 31st 

   TRAINING WITH HARRISON

  • Lead and designed by Harrison Niego 
  • Staff of HS and college coaches
  • Two skill development sessions a week (Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Speed and strength incorporated (designed by Kyle Tynan)
  •  All training at the SCORE

    SCRIMMAGES (OPTION)
  • Two full court intra-squad scrimmages games* (Saturday)
  •  Scrimmage games will be 36 minutes
  • 4-on-4 scrimmages games for more player engagement
  • Each Division will have 4 teams of 6 players
  • One parent per player allowed to watch intra-squad scrimmages
  •  All intra-squad scrimmage games at the SCORE 

    Scrimmages will simulate game-like environment with clocks, score, fouls, & records.

Players will learn and practice:

  • 4-ways to finish at the rim
  • Strength & speed training (Kyle Tynan designed system)
  • To improve range and master the footwork to shoot in a game
  • To train how to shoot off the cut, catch and dribble
  • To attack the basket with floaters from 5 angles
  • To crossover & open step into a pull-up jumper shot
  • Receive an in-depth Skill Evaluation with a Work Out Plan.

Kyle Tynan is known as the "best friend of the serious athlete". Kyle has attracted athletes throughout the Chicagoloand area who want to get stronger, jump higher and run faster. His relentless drive to find and innovate effective training techniques has made him the best in the field. Coach Tynan has designed quickness and speed drills for Harrison Niego Training Camp.

  • 6 Completed Courses from Postural Restoration Institute

Every player will experience specific training techniques designed by Kyle Tynan and used by college athletes.

SESSION LOCATION    Score Sports Center, 8300 Wolf, Willow Springs


Training Camp sessions gives every player the best of both worlds. There will be 8 intensive work-outs each month on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These sessions will be lead by high school and college coaches and players.  A different skill will be emphasized each session with a review of skill taught previously. Our focus will be on skills to get players "game-ready" for the upcoming season. 

As a result of Covid19, our training sessions  will be intensive, no-contact skill sessions.  On Saturdays, with parents' consent, players will have an option to participate in INTRA-SQUAD scrimmages.
