HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
These training sessions are for players who are committed to getting better. Players will IMPROVE with each session. There will be attention to the detail of the skills. Learn will:

• The JACKSON 10-minute dribble routine
• Two-Ball dribbling power session
• Three level scoring sequence with right & left hand
• Game-time shots at game-time speed
• Footwork techniques for shooting off catch & bounce
• LIVE 3 on 3 Game Competitions to implement skills

Players will be handling their basketball & in continuous movement for the entire session (2 brief water breaks). 

STRICTLY SHOOTING
Strictly Shooting is a 45-minute shooting regimen which allows players to learn foundational shooting techniques. Shooting takes practice,  discipline, and commitment to become great. 

• Establish the correct shooting platform
• Learn proper shot mechanics
• Learn proper footwork shooting off the dribble, cut, & catch
• Lay-up routine around the basketball
• Game-time shots at game-time speed
• Shot recording

Players will take over 300 shots each session.
